If coming by train, exit the station by platform 5 and walk up the slope towards the red-brick building on the right hand side. Signs posted outside are for Surrey Probation Service and SW Trains. To the right of the main entrance is a set of door buzzers, press HMIC and someone will give you access to the main reception area. Your contact will come down to meet you.
